Cindy Galvan’s career showcases her commitment to providing exceptional legal representation to her clients. With a track record of successfully representing over 100 clients in highly litigated and simple probates, trusts & estates, business disputes, personal injury claims, and other civil matters, Cindy has established herself as a formidable legal professional.
During her time in law school, Cindy demonstrated her exceptional abilities by simultaneously balancing law school while working and volunteering in the legal field. Her outstanding litigation skills led to her admission to the Trial Advocacy team in her first year.
This recognition paved the way for Cindy to compete on a national level, where she achieved recognition during her first mock trial in San Francisco, California. Subsequently, her dedication and skill in litigation secured her a place in the prestigious Trial Advocacy summer program at Oxford University in England, further enhancing her knowledge in this area.
Cindy’s legal knowledge seamlessly integrates the realms of litigation and effective alternatives to litigation. While her career and education have primarily focused on litigation, she also possesses knowledge of alternative dispute resolutions (ADR), with a particular emphasis on mediation and negotiation skills. This multifaceted knowledge equips Cindy with a comprehensive understanding of diverse legal strategies, allowing her to offer her clients a wide range of effective solutions to their legal matters.
